Due to COVID-19 concerns we are all adjusting to a new normal. Our primary goal is to provide eye care to all of our patients safely. If you have a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, or loss of taste or smell, please postpone your appointment and contact your doctor. You will be required to wear a mask for the entirety of your visit. We also ask that you wash your hands or use hand sanitizer once you enter the office. So that we may limit the amount of people in the office at one time, we ask that you enter the office alone unless you require a care giver or will accompany your child. Children over the age of 7 will go through the testing and visit with the doctor, while the parent relaxes in the lobby. If there is a special need, we will absolutely permit one parent or guardian in the exam room. Our hours and scheduling have changed as a result, and our procedures in the office have changed as well. Any eyeglass frames that you try on will be placed in a tray then cleaned and sanitized before returning to the frame boards. Exam rooms and instrumentation are disinfected twice in between patients, and high touch areas, such as door handles and chairs, are sanitized regularly. You will continue to get text and/or e-mail reminders before your regular appointments. If you have any questions feel free to call our office at (970) 346-1411. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
